Cobargo Public School at the Far South Coast Dance Festival
The Far South Coast Dance Festival was held on 23 June at Batemans Bay Pavilion. Our dance was inspired by Candy Crush, Sugar Rush! The Cobargo students practiced during their lunch and recess times to perfect the dance. The dancers powered through an explosion of energy, just like when the sugar hits, only to crash into a dizzying low. It was a playful journey of highs and lows, so the audience sat back and enjoyed the rush.
Cobargo Public School has attended this wonderful festival since it first started five years ago. Professional photos were taken and have captured our amazing dancers on the stage. Mrs Gresty and the parent helpers put in countless hours of effort to get our students prepared with hair and make-up. They also dressed and assisted in the design of costumes. Their hard work and dedication is greatly appreciated.
