Cajun spice mix - The Triangle Community Newspaper

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons white pepper
2 teaspoons black pepper
1½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried oregano

Method:

Mix spices together and store in an airtight jar.

Published since 2002 we have a print circulation of 1800, with a larger circulation over the summer holiday season. Our paper is free and available in print and online.
