170 grams (1½ cups) raw pecan halves
85 grams unsalted butter
60 grams dark chocolate, chopped
¾ cup corn syrup
4 large eggs
100 grams (½ cup packed) light brown sugar

Tapenade
Ingredients
1 cup Kalamata olives
2 cloves garlic
½ cup raisins
2 tbs fresh oregano
Juice 1 lemon
2 tbs olive oil
Black pepper
Process all except the oregano then pulse it in at the end.
