Residents of Central Tilba and surrounds can expect an actual paper letter in their mailbox very soon. You’ll know it’s from Tilba Central Makers Emporium (TCME) because it will be sealed with wax. Inside you will discover a little bit of collectable literary magic. Keep your eyes peeled, or visit the Central Tilba Post Office to get your hands on one before mid-month.
Phil Shorten’s journey to open the doors of the Makers Emporium is nearly at its destination. As I write, the necessary fire upgrades and security requirements are being finalised and the finishing touches are being done to the building. With the Grand Opening planned for a yet to be announced date in March, the next few weeks will see the fitout completed, stock brought in and displays prepared.
