Since introducing Joan Graham’s history accounts – Wagonga: A journey through its pictures and personalities – in the last Triangle, I asked Narooma Library if they had a copy. The Year 6 students of Tilba Public School have shown remarkable leadership and community spirit with their recent fundraiser to support their end-of-year excursion to Barranguba (Montague Island).
Local produce and food miles are important considerations these days for both those who make food and those who enjoy it so, unsurprisingly, Tilba Cooks, Sally Pryor and Victoria Somerville, whose partnership began during COVID, emphasise local in their catering and range of preserves. Their business is fully compliant and registered as a food business (meaning that it meets all Food Safety requirements).
